Job Summary
Bob Boyte Auto Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dealerships operations to ensure customer satisfaction profitability and growth. This role requires strong leadership excellent communication skills and a proven track record in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day dealership operations including sales service parts and finance departments.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales and profitability goals.
- Lead motivate and develop staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve performance targets.
- Maintain compliance with company policies industry regulations and local laws.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers manufacturers and business partners.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Drive marketing initiatives and community outreach to increase brand visibility and market share.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the automotive retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive sales service and finance operations.
- Excellent leadership interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze financial metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel as needed.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field preferred.
