What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests tenants and/or staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a retail and entertainment location.
• Respond to incidents guest concerns and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting actions taken per site requirements.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior common areas exterior walkways parking areas and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor cameras entrances and access points; verify credentials and/or authorized access as directed by site policy and management.
• Support crowd management and special events by providing visible presence giving directions coordinating with local authorities and/or emergency services when requested and reporting hazards or maintenance issues through the proper channels.

Minimum Requirements:

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Having a guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Having customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
