Medical Receptionist Evaluation Clinic (No Treatment Setting)
About the Role
What Youll Do
- Greet patients and create a welcoming professional environment
- Manage check-in/check-out and maintain accurate patient records
- Schedule appointments and support daily clinic flow
- Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry and documentation
- Partner with clinical staff to ensure a seamless evaluation process
What Were Looking For
- 13 years of receptionist or customer-facing experience (healthcare preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced structured environment
- Comfortable with basic office systems and electronic records
