Position OverviewThe Arkansas Association of Educational Administrators (AAEA) seeks a highly organized andcollaborative Member Services & Mentorship Supervisor to coordinate and advance statewideinitiatives that strengthen leadership capacity and instructional excellence across Arkansas Supervisor reports to the Director of Professional Learning and collaborates with internal staffconstituent groups and project partners to ensure effective implementation of AAEA strategicpriorities professional learning initiatives and grant-funded Qualifications Bachelors degree required; Masters or Doctoral degree in Educational Leadershippreferred 35 years of experience in project coordination education administration or programmanagement Experience working in K12 or higher education environments Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage and collaborate across multiple projects and stakeholder groups Proficiency with project management tools shared document platforms and virtualmeeting systemsPreferred Qualifications Experience serving in a school or district leadership role Experience working with grant-funded initiatives Experience coordinating professional development programs leadership institutes orconferences Familiarity with Arkansas education systems and policy environmentPerformance Responsibilities1. Project & Initiative Support Support the coordination of active AAEA projects and grant-funded initiatives Monitor project timelines milestones and deliverables Maintain documentation of project materials meeting notes and progress updates Prepare materials for committees advisory groups and work sessions Manage logistics for project activities workshops and implementation Contribute to the coordination of professional learning and leadership developmentinitiatives that support educators and school leaders2. Concurrent Enrollment Faculty Credentialing Initiative Coordinate deadlines and documentation related to the Initial Design Documentcurriculum development and workshops Facilitate scheduling and preparation for stakeholder engagement plan Manage hybrid workshop logistics including registration tracking and communication. Oversee participant mentoring and coaching processes Monitor participant progress and completion requirements Lead data collection analysis and reporting3. Constituent Group Engagement Coordinate organizational needs of assigned AAEA constituent groups Assist with the preparation of board meeting agendas and materials Manage logistics for conferences meetings and membership virtual sessions Track action items and maintain organized records and minutes Coordinate communication with constituent group members4. Elevate Portal Support Assist with uploading organizing and maintaining content within the Elevate portal Support quality review processes for digital learning materials Help monitor member engagement and participation data Identify trends and recommendations for improvement based on user feedback andplatform analytics5. Innovation & Emerging Initiatives Research emerging needs across Arkansas and the broader education landscape to informnew initiatives and professional learning opportunities Contribute to the development of new programs and strategic initiatives Recommend process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and programeffectiveness6. Communication Publications & Organizational Coordination Draft meeting summaries and internal progress updates Maintain consistent communication among project partners staff and membership Prepare presentations reports and supporting materials for leadership Coordinate member contributions for AAEA publications and digital platforms Draft or edit articles highlighting district practices and leadership initiatives7.
