Job Summary

The Bartender is responsible for delivering consistenthigh-quality and hospitality driven beverage service in an elevated diningenvironment. This role is ideal for an experienced bartender with strongtechnical skills who values precision consistency and hospitality and takespride in executing a well-defined cocktail program.

As a Bartender you are expected to independently manage bar service for assignedshifts providing attentive service to bar guests while efficiently preparingbeverage orders for the dining room. This position requires the ability toexecute beverage service with minimal supervision following establishedrecipes and specifications to ensure consistency across all locations whilemaintaining proper cash handling alcohol service and inventory controlstandards.

KeyResponsibilities

Deliver consistently high levels of polishedprofessional guest service while maintaining a safe and well-controlled barenvironment including identifying and confidently addressing disruptivebehavior.
Maintain cleanliness organization andsanitation of the bar area in accordance with company standards and localhealth department requirements
Work efficiently and with urgency to ensuretimely beverage service for both bar guests and the dining room duringhigh-volume service periods
Serve as a primary point of communicationbetween the bar team and Servers Bussers and Runners to support coordinatedservice flow.
Complete all opening closing and side workduties independently according to established procedures and ensure standardsare consistently met
Ensure all products are used accuratelyresponsibly and consistently in alignment with the Beverage Directorsspecifications and approved menu guidelines
Maintain proper back bar and well setupincluding correct placement organization and labeling of spirits
Prepare cocktails using precise measurement andproper techniques to ensure consistent quality and presentation.
Ensure all prep items are prepared correctlylabeled dated and stocked for service
Build professional guest facing rapport thatenhances the bar experience while maintaining efficiency and service standards.

Qualifications

Minimum of two (2) years of recent bartendingexperience in a full-service high-volume dining environment
Demonstrated ability to execute a structuredcocktail program without hands-on training
Strong working knowledge of classic cocktailsspirits wine and bar techniques
Ability to manage multiple prioritiesindependently in a fast-paced setting
Strong attention to detail and commitment toconsistency accuracy and speed
Professional appearance and hospitality-forwardmindset
Availability to work nights weekends andholidays
Must be able to stand for the duration ofassigned shifts and lift up to 35 lbs
