Job Summary

Senior SDET Engineer

IF YOU ARE

Strong in Java including test libraries such as JUnit
Experienced in testing strategies for REST APIs
Familiar with Git and distributed version control (DVCS)
Proficient in CI/CD and DevOps preferably with Atlassian products like Bamboo and Bitbucket Pipelines
Capable of testing at all layers
Confident with test automation frameworks
Competent in test automation
Skilled in defect analysis troubleshooting and reporting
Effective as a practitioner of test data strategies
Aware of coding standards and industry trends
Quality focused mindset with strong attention to detail
Self-sufficient pro-active and a fast learner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all stakeholders especially developers
Experienced in collaboration on pull-requests
Familiar with microservice architecture(mandatory)
Proficient in JavaScript and the Node ecosystem(mandatory)
Capable of contract testing e.g. using PACT(mandatory)
Aware of static and dynamic analysis and linting(mandatory)
Competent in Bash scripting(mandatory)
Experienced with Docker(mandatory)
Familiar with AWS(mandatory)
Experienced with Cypress(mandatory)
Aware of SRE and observability experience(mandatory)

Design comprehensive test plans test cases and test scripts that cover all aspects of our software applications

Perform thorough regression testing to maintain the integrity of existing features and functionalities

Interact with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and effectively ensuring a seamless user experience
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes and tools ensuring we stay at the forefront of industry trends and technologies
