About the Role:

This role provides essential administrative support for Enbridge Gaz Québecs nonregulated activities ensuring smooth operations and strong relationships with customers and service partners. You will handle data entry for rental equipment respond to inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders complete detailed report analyses and perform followups to keep processes on track.

Key Responsibility:

  • Participate in the administrative management of Enbridge Gaz Québecs nonregulated activities ensuring smooth operations and timely coordination.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers installers service contractors and other stakeholders while maintaining professional and positive working relationships.
  • Perform data entry for rental equipment across various internal systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conduct timely followups with customers as required to ensure issues are resolved and information is communicated effectively.
  • Carry out detailed analysis of various operational and administrative reports.
  • Perform other related administrative duties as needed to support the team and business operations.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma (Secondary School Diploma). A College Diploma is considered an asset.
  • Fluency in French (spoken written and read) is required.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken written and read) as the role requires frequent interaction with colleagues stakeholders and clients who primarily communicate in English.
