General Summary of Position:
The Senior Business Systems Analyst (Document Management Systems) is a key member of the Enterprise Applications team responsible for the administration functional support and ongoing enhancement of UMass Lowells enterprise document management platform Softdocs. This position serves as the primary functional administrator for document management systems and provides cross-support for related platforms including DocuSign Salesforce Form Assembly Perceptive Content ServiceNow and other integrated cloud-based applications.
The Senior Analyst collaborates with university stakeholders to analyze design implement and support digital document form and workflow solutions. This role works in close coordination with UMass System Information Technology Services (UITS) and works with the Softdocs vendor as needed to support system operations integrations and issue resolution ensuring alignment with institutional goals and university information security standards.

This position is full-time benefited and in the SEIU professional union in P20. Anticipated salary based on qualifications within range. Range minimum: $th quartile: $98542 and midpoint: $111396.
