Job Duties:

• Provides a warm and caring welcome to enhance the new employee experience
• Meets nurses and their families at the airport and drive them to their temporary housing
• Assists with day-one activities including but not limited to: hotel check in hotel navigation purchasing food and other essentials etc.
• Provides driving tour of the hospital campus and surrounding areas
• Provides transportation orientation and assistance with the following services: pre-employment appointments grocery store Social Security Office drivers license center bank cell phone provider housing schools place of worship and other needs as identified
• Responds toinquiries about local attractions dining entertainment and travel directions
• Ensures cleanliness of vehicle
• Has a high level of awareness related to the safety and security of passengers and other drivers
• Possess excellent knowledge of routes within the main area of operation and high level of flexibility reliability and personal organization
• Reports all suggestions or recommendations to Administrative Team Coordinator in a timely manner as well as implements service recovery directly with nurse at time of concern
