Broadridge is hiring! Were seeking an Operations Associate to join our stellar this role you will have the opportunity to support our high-profile clients by delivering exceptional service and operational support for Alternative Investment transactions

Responsibilities:

• Provide phone support to high profile Financial Advisors and their support staff regarding Alternative Investment transactions including subscriptions transfers redemptions and document revisions/amendments.

• Field and document anywhere from 30-50 phone calls per day on the Morgan Stanley Service Networkvia Genesys phone routing system

• Maintain detailed call log documentation utilizing Salesforce CRM software.

• Partner with various teams within Morgan Stanley Client Solutions & Investment Solutions organizations such as Reg D Transactional Processing Product Management Product Development Platform Solutions etc. on processing requests

• Engage in Ad Hoc projects that supports various Alternative Investment Operations teams.

• Provide World Class Service to Financial Advisors and their support staff.

• Participate in continuous educational training sessions to maintain knowledge of Alternative Investment products and systems.

• Follow professional telephone etiquette on all calls and handle interactions in a professional manner to maintain caller satisfaction.

• Ensure high service quality during interactions on inbound/outbound calls.

• Adhere to required schedule adjustments across the day.

• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a hybrid environment (in-person & remote).

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of relevant experience

• Ability to handle time effectively and clearly prioritize tasks

• A self-starter with experience utilizing the Microsoft Office tools

• Ability to stay calm and logically work through problems/issues as they arise often under tight deadlines

• Customer service oriented able to handle multiple tasks at a time

Compensation Range:The salary range for this position is between $23/hr to $25/hr. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidates final salary including but not limited to relevant experience skills and education.
