What Youll Do
Evaluate patient mobility strength range of motion and pain levels
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and assistive devices
Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed
Communicate changes in condition with the Director of Nursing and physicians
Maintain accurate and timely documentation including discharge planning
Deliver compassionate respectful care to patients and their families
What Were Looking For
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Active Georgia Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
Minimum of 1 year of PT experience preferred
Strong clinical communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
