Job Description:

Candidates should have experience in elevator shaft installation and possess a minimum of 8 years experience in construction with a minimum of 6 years as Asst. Supt or Inspector on large scale products.

This individual must be able to develop and communicate a project work plan monitor manpower and performance against that work plan and be able to perform a detailed comparison of the design drawings against each other to ensure coordination between each of the various project trades. Must have experience in inspection of high voltage systems.

OSHA 10 Certified Background check required

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a detailed comparison of the contract drawings specifications and approved product submittals to ensure conformance with the contract.

Assist the contractor(s) with the coordination of activities on the construction site with the trades and the facility

Monitor workforce and performance against the work plan

Ensure compliance with generally accepted standards of workmanship

Experience working on smartphones and tablets

Procore Software or CAD experience a plus

High level of motivation and strong attention to detail ability to work in a team environment

Direct and coordinate subcontractors and vendors

Manage overall project schedule from the ground up through completion to the highest standard

Ability to work with a variety of contractors and subcontractors in an efficient manner

Coordinate all construction project activities and services across construction team

Requirements

6 years experience in construction

4 years as Asst. Supt or Inspector
