Construction Project Engineer

AECOM Hunt is seeking a Construction Project Engineering to be based in Indianapolis IN.

The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

• Assisting the Project Management team by overseeing construction administration tasks
• Preparing subcontractor reports as needed to keep Supervisor and Client informed of ongoing progress
• Participating in site visits.  Coordinating and assisting superintendent as required
• Receiving reviewing and submitting documents for approval (Submittals/ RFIs/ etc.)
• Assisting project manager costs and scheduling to ensure completion of project within budget and in conformance with contract
• Working with document control systems project management systems and other software or databases to keep information flow up-to-date and accurate
• Attending meetings and reporting on project tasks as needed

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements:

• Candidate must have completed Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering Structural Engineering Mechanical Engineering and Construction Management or similar discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel and PowerPoint
• Prior Internship experience within the construction industry.
• Experience working on a live construction site.
• Experience engaging with multiple trades on a construction project.
