Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight of the retail location
Drive sales growth through customer relationship development and agronomic expertise
Manage and develop staff fostering a positive performance-oriented team culture
Ensure efficient facility operations inventory management and service delivery
Collaborate with senior leadership to execute strategic goals and improve location performance

Qualifications :

Key Qualifications:

Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience within the agriculture industry
Demonstrated commitment to customer service and long-term relationship building
Prior experience in agricultural retail strongly preferred
Proven leadership communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage both operational responsibilities and sales initiatives effectively

Additional Information :

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $80000 to $100000 annually commensurate with experience and qualifications along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support both professional and personal well-being.
