Warehouse Supervisor- QC Nights

Were looking for a Quality Control Supervisor to lead a team of QC Operatives within our fast paced warehouse environment. Youll play a key role in safeguarding product quality ensuring exceptional standards for our customers and supporting continuous improvement across the operation.

Working closely with the QC Section Manager and wider Warehouse Leadership Team you will drive performance support cultural change and ensure our quality and safety expectations are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead coach and develop QC Operatives including regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Ensure QC tasks are completed accurately and efficiently to meet operational demand.
• Monitor and improve shift performance in line with QC and warehouse KPIs.
• Champion a safetyfirst culture through inspections hazard spotting and compliance activities.
• Review weekly labour plans and ensure shift coverage meets operational requirements.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Leadership and crossfunctional teams on QC priorities and projects.
• Promote continuous improvement engagement and positive culture across your team.

Qualifications :

• Experience in Warehousing Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Strong leadership capability with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Good understanding of ERP / WMS systems.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
• Resilient adaptable and customerfocused.
• Previous QC or quality assurance experience is desirable but not essential
