Job Summary

Were looking for a Functional Tester to join a Test Engineering team within an international banking environment and play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of products. Youll be part of a project squad driving testing activities from strategy to execution.
What Youll Do:
- Define promote and uphold best practices in software testing
- Build test plans and contribute to test strategy development
- Design and prepare manual and automated test cases
- Execute test scenarios (manual and/or automated)
- Report defects follow up on fixes and ensure successful test closure
Qualifications :
What You Bring:
Technical Background
- Degree in IT Systems Analysis Development or similar
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing tools
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum
- Knowledge of BDD frameworks
Soft Skills
- Clear and effective communication
- Teamoriented mindset
- Strong problemsolving approach
- Good timemanagement skills
- Ability to negotiate and influence when needed
Languages
- Portuguese: Advanced
- English: Fluent
Additional Information :
(Hybrid work with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
