Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Consultant with a strong background in Business Intelligence to lead the design development and delivery of enterprise-grade BI solutions. This role requires a hands-on leader who can work across the full BI lifecyclefrom raw data ingestion to insightful dashboardswhile mentoring junior team members and ensuring high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions from raw data to dashboard aligned with industry best practices.
Lead BI solution architecture using AWS Snowflake and Power BI
Provide accurate effort estimation and planning for BI initiatives
Deliver enterprise-scale BI implementations covering ETL data modeling and visualization in production environments
Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure scalable and high-performance solutions
Lead and mentor a small team of junior data professionals
Manage and oversee delivery of BI projects with varying levels of complexity
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience in Business Intelligence and Data Engineering
Proven expertise in AWS ecosystem (e.g. S3 Glue Redshift Lambda or similar services)
Hands-on experience with Snowflake
Advanced proficiency in Power BI (data modeling DAX dashboard design)
Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline design
Experience delivering end-to-end BI solutions in production environments
Strong estimation planning and delivery management skills
Prior experience leading or mentoring teams
