You will be responsible for planning and supervising all phases of new store projects and renovations ensuring compliance with NAPA standards. You will manage timelines scope budget and key activities (planning procurement execution and closure) while being accountable for project outcomes and predefined KPIs.
This hybrid position is based in Montreal but you may be considered if you are located in another metropolitan area in Canada. You must be bilingual as you will interact regularly in both French and English.
- Plan and coordinate projects with stakeholders manage deliverables orders suppliers deliveries and workforce while ensuring compliance with timelines and the Statement of Work (SOW).
- Create floor plans in AutoCAD manage JDA planograms product allocation and implement contingency plans.
- Lead post-mortem meetings to identify improvements and resolve documented gaps.
- Support special projects (e.g. mergers and acquisitions) while ensuring confidentiality and proper execution.
- Occasionally travel (5% to 10%) to conduct site surveys or assist with on-site changes.
- Manage inventories databases and software tools while creating and improving standardized processes and assets.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Business Administration or Public Administration or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education with at least one (1) year of experience in project management with interdisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software project management certifications knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project) Power BI and JDA floor planning (an asset).
