Requirements

Work on multiple engineering projects as a project lead or under the direction of a senior engineer depending on experience
Take on increasing levels of responsibility over time
Lead project teams and coordinate work efforts
Interface directly with clients throughout the project lifecycle
Perform structural design and technical problem-solving

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline
3 years of relevant engineering experience preferred
Experience with structural design using one or more of the following materials: concrete steel masonry and/or wood
Strong communication and organizational skills
