Job Summary

As a Machine Operator youll play a vital role in manufacturing high-quality monofilament fibers within our production environment. Youll work alongside a dedicated team to ensure safe efficient production while meeting the highest quality position is available for 2B Night Shift:2B Shift: Wednesday - Friday 7pm - 7am; alternating SaturdaysStarting pay: $28.00 per hourYour Key Responsibilities:Operate extrusion machinery to manufacture high-quality monofilament fibers according to production orders and safety with your team to maintain efficient high-quality production equipment setup adjustments and changeovers as proper winding of filament on spools maintaining consistent finished products and prepare materials for upcoming production accurate production documentation and complete machine-related and resolve equipment issues to minimize to all safety protocols and maintain a clean organized You Bring to the Team:Education: High school diploma or GED : 1 years of manufacturing experience preferred; familiarity with Lean Sigma concepts is a : Ability to read write and follow instructions strong attention to detail and basic math : A strong sense of reliability including excellent attendance and punctualityPhysical Requirements: Capability to lift up to 55 pounds perform bending and stooping and stand for up to 12 hours in an industrial Youll Love Working Here:Comprehensive medical dental and vision -paid life insurance AD&D and short/long-term disability Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) holidays and vacation 401(k) plan with company membership reimbursement and on-site physical therapy -site Resource Coordinator.
