Reflexologist

• Greet all salon visitors promptly and courteously.
• Administer health history and release forms for all new clients.
• Review and evaluate client health information asking relevant questions to identify any contraindications.
• Discuss client needs expectations and prior massage or reflexology experiences before beginning services.
• Perform reflexology sessions using a variety of professional techniques and modalities.
• Provide clear educational explanations of reflexology methods used during treatments.
• Use the salons computer system accurately to schedule appointments for all salon staff including during receptionist absences.
• Answer incoming calls politely and professionally when scheduled or when covering for the receptionist.
• Maintain a calm professional and serviceâfocused demeanor at all times.
• Follow all safety procedures and incorporate safe work practices into daily tasks.
• Maintain regular reliable attendance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Certificate from a college technical school or accredited reflexology/massage program.
• 36 months of related experience and/or handsâon training.

• Frequent use of hands; frequent reaching talking hearing standing and walking.
• Occasional sitting climbing balancing stooping kneeling crouching crawling tasting or smelling.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.

• Current State Massage Therapist License or other credible professional certifications.
• CPR and First Aid Certification required.

• Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. the associates may be required to communicate with English speaking customers or co-workers the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English).
