RTR ACCOUNTANT (6-month contract with potential extension)
FINANCE RECORD TO REPORT

As our RtR Accountant you will support highquality financial reporting ensure compliance and contribute to the transformation of Cotys multinational RecordtoReport organization.
THE ROLE
OPTIMIZE ENABLE INNOVATE!
As our RtR Accountant you play a critical role in delivering accurate monthend close activities statutory reporting and audit support. You will collaborate closely with business partners operate core finance systems and support compliance and transformation initiatives within Cotys global finance organization.
You will be reporting to the RtR Manager and you will manage:
1. MonthEnd Close & Reporting
- Support monthend close quarterly reporting and corporate submissions
- Track MEC tasks perform basic validations and prepare internal statistics
- Ensure adherence to Coty quality and timing standards
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather required data
- Support continuous improvement of reporting processes
2. Statutory & Compliance Activities
- Prepare official monthly quarterly and annual statistics for INE
- Validate data accuracy and perform basic reconciliations
- Support Plastic Tax compliance and monthly submissions
- Assist with statutory reporting and EINF requirements
- Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance
3. Finance Operations & Stakeholder Support
- Create Purchase Orders in SAP or internal systems and monitor approvals
- Validate basic accounting coding in line with Coty procedures
- Act as main point of contact for Travel & Expenses policy queries
- Coordinate with HR and Shared Services on discrepancies or system issues
- Support internal and external audits including SOX reviews
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As a detailoriented finance professional you thrive in a structured international environment and enjoy learning and improving processes.
Your skills and experience include:
- Minimum 2 years experience in an accounting department
- Fluent English
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with SAP (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills
- Teamplayer mindset with ability to work independently
