Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee tax compliance for Polish entities (CIT VAT PIT WHT property tax and other local taxes).
- Coordinate/ calculate tax filings and liaise with external tax advisors and tax authorities.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the company.
- Support finance teams in interpreting tax regulations and resolving tax-related issues.
- Participate in tax optimization and restructuring projects.
- Prepare tax reports and transfer pricing documentation.
- Collaborate with international teams on group-wide tax policy and reporting.
Requirements:
- University degree in finance accounting law or economics.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tax-related roles preferably in an international environment.
- Strong knowledge of Polish tax regulations and IFRS.
- Experience in dealing with tax authorities and audits.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) additional foreign language knowledge will be in plus (Spanish German French)
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office SAP RPAs Microsoft Power Automate Data visualization tools (ex.: Power BI)
- Preferred: Certified Tax Advisor or ACCA qualification.
