Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $63.28/hr
Weekly Gross Pay: $2278.08
Weekly Stipend: $1414.08

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a background in Long-Term Care (LTC) and Psychiatric (Psych) settings. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate patient-centered care while supporting interdisciplinary teams in a structured healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct patient care in LTC and psychiatric settings.
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Support patient safety comfort and emotional well-being.
Collaborate with RNs physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Adhere to facility policies procedures and safety standards.

Required Qualifications:

Active LPN license (state-specific as required).
Minimum 2 years of experience in LTC and Psychiatric care.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
