Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key retail accounts within the Clearing and Forwarding space
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue and profitability
- Build and maintain strong client relationships at a senior level
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery
- Handle contract negotiations and ensure SLA adherence
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Clearing & Forwarding / Freight Forwarding
- Strong background managing retail clients (non-negotiable)
- Solid understanding of Air Sea and Road freight
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities
