Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Automotive Sales Manager to lead ourCJDR sales team. This role is responsible for driving sales performance desking deals developing talent and ensuring a seamless customer experience across new and pre-owned vehicle sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead coach and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
Desk deals and assist in closing Chrysler Jeep Dodge and Ram vehicle sales
Monitor individual and team performance; provide training and accountability
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction aligned with manufacturer standards
Handle escalated customer concerns quickly and professionally
Manage inventory levels pricing strategies and merchandising
Work closely with F&I to maximize gross profit and customer experience
Recruit hire and train top-performing sales consultants
Analyze sales reports market trends and manufacturer programs to optimize performance
Maintain compliance with dealership policies and CJDR manufacturer requirements
Qualifications:
3 years of automotive sales management experience (CJDR experience preferred)
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership desking and closing skills
Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds
Knowledge of Chrysler Jeep Dodge and Ram product lines and incentives is a plus
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
