The successful candidate will have:
- Have high expectations of children and young people with a commitment to helping them fulfil their potential.
- Experience of planning preparing and delivering individual group and whole class learning activities within a framework prescribed by the class teacher.
- Experience of analysing monitoring evaluating and tracking pupil progress.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to establish fair respectful trusting and supportive relationships with children and young people.
- A passion for the safety and welfare of pupils.
- A positive attitude and can do approach.
