Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams along with Service Lines Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Data Cloud Developer with strong hands-on experience in data ingestion transformation identity resolution and calculated insights using Salesforce Data Cloud (i.e. Data 360).

The ideal candidate should have expertise in building scalable data pipelines managing DMOs and enabling unified customer profiles for analytics and activation.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement data ingestion pipelines in Salesforce Data Cloud
• Configure data streams from CRM Marketing and external systems
• Create and manage Data Model Objects (DMOs)
• Normalize and flatten complex datasets for ingestion
• Design and configure identity resolution rules and matching criteria
• Build calculated insights and derived attributes
• Develop data transformation logic using SQL
• Configure segmentation and audience activation workflows
• Integrate Data Cloud with Salesforce Sales Cloud Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Support API-based ingestion using Ingestion API and batch data loads
• Troubleshoot ingestion failures and data quality issues
• Implement data governance and naming standards
• Validate data accuracy and reconciliation across systems
• Support activation to downstream systems including CRM and marketing platforms
• Document technical configurations and data flows
• Experience integrating with Google Cloud Platform(GCP) and other third-party tool by using different connectors

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360)
• Hands-on experience with DMOs Data Streams and Identity Resolution
• Advanced SQL for transformation and segmentation
• Understanding of Data 360 architecture concepts
• Experience integrating CRM and marketing platforms
• Knowledge of data modelling and schema design
• Experience working with APIs and data ingestion frameworks
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification preferred
• Experience handling large-volume datasets
• Exposure to real-time and batch ingestion patterns
• Knowledge of audience activation strategies
• Familiarity with privacy and compliance standards

Certifications:

• Salesforce Certified Data cloud consultant

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Git Azure DevOps Jenkins.
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing cloud.
