Role Description

RoleDescription

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Python Developer to design and develop AI-enabled solutions. The role requires strong expertise in Python backend development and frontend development to build scalable secure and user-friendly enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate should have experience in full stack development API and microservices design cloud-based application development and AI/ML integration. Exposure to conversational AI NLP or intelligent automation will be an added advantage.

Role and responsibilities

• Design develop test and deploy full stack applications using Python and .
• Build and maintain backend APIs microservices integrations and business logic.
• Develop responsive and reusable frontend components using JavaScript/TypeScript HTML and CSS.
• Implement AI-enabled use cases such as knowledge assistants intelligent case management and workflow automation.
• Integrate AI/ML services NLP capabilities LLM-based workflows and third-party platforms into enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with product owners architects business analysts and client stakeholders to convert requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing code reviews debugging and performance optimization.
• Support cloud deployment CI/CD pipelines troubleshooting and production issue resolution.
• ollaborate closely with Engineering Data Science Product and DevOps teams.

Technical Skills

Technical skills requirements

• 57 years of experience in software development / full stack development.
• Strong hands-on experience in Python and frameworks such as FastAPI Flask or Django.
• Strong experience in for frontend development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript TypeScript HTML5 CSS3.
• Experience in REST APIs microservices and application integrations.
• Good knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience with AI/ML integration especially NLP conversational AI LLMs or intelligent automation.
• Understanding of Git CI/CD DevOps practices and secure coding standards.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams.

Nice-to-have skills

• Familiarity with OpenAI / Azure OpenAI RAG chatbot frameworks vector databases or document intelligence.
• Exposure to Docker Kubernetes and cloud-native development.
