Overview
We are seeking our new HR Workday Specialist to join the 74Software team!
The HR Workday Specialist is responsible for supporting end-to-end HR operations across multiple countries ensuring accurate employee data management high-quality service delivery and smooth execution of HR processes. This role acts as a key point of contact for employees and local HR teams providing guidance troubleshooting support and system expertise across Workday SAP HR and integrated payroll systems.
Location: Sofia Bulgaria/ Bucharest Romania

Responsibilities
- Workday & HR Systems Management
- Process end-to-end HR transactions in Workday including hires job changes terminations and other employee lifecycle activities.
- Review grant and maintain Workday security roles for HR users across multiple countries.
- Conduct testing for Workday modules prior to implementation and support configuration teams.
- Troubleshoot Workday issues including corrections rescinds and error resolution.
- Resolve errors in integrated payroll systems to ensure accurate data flow.
- HR Operations & Service Delivery
- Act as main point of contact for employees and HR representatives addressing HR queries.
- Ensure timely HR service request handling while meeting SLAs.
- Review and process benefits entitlements and claims.
- Generate HR documents for hires job changes separations and more.
- Support background checks onboarding activities and payroll setup.
- Data Quality Reporting & Compliance
- Compile and deliver HR and payroll reports.
- Maintain accurate time and attendance data in SAP.
- Process HR data in compliance with legal and internal requirements.
- Track and manage HR tickets in ServiceNow ensuring proper documentation.
- Continuous Improvement & Collaboration
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and systems.
- Deliver trainings and support knowledge sharing.
- Participate in HR-led projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Workday SAP HR and ServiceNow.
- HR operations experience across hire-to-retire processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication skills and customer-service orientation.
- High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Fluent English
