- Design materials for both print and digital distribution
- Complete special design projects on an as-needed basis
- Communicate design strategy and ideas through text and imagery
- Maintain university branding consistency in all university collateral
- Assist with design research as required
- Utilize typography layout and illustration skills to create original design materials
- Practice proper file management
- Prepare files for print and digital production ensuring accuracy and quality
- Contribute and assist in design brainstorming and ideation
- Collaborate with team members on design solutions
- Stay updated on design trends and provide insights to the team

| Qualifications: | - Must be proficient with current Adobe Creative suite (esp. InDesign)
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Understand basic design concepts: layout type color composition
- Have high standard for organization with an attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective time management
- Ability to take direction and apply feedback effectively
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Must be in good academic standing
