Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist withKinnser experience to join our team in Auburn Hills and surrounding this role you will provide high-quality homecare services to patients helping them improve their daily living skills and overall well-being in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Document all visits and interventions using the Kinnser software system
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and agency standards
Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Michigan
- Experience using Kinnser software for documentation and billing
- Reliable transportation to visit patients within Auburn Hills and surrounding areas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
