Job Summary

1. Maintenance of utility equipment / systems as per planner and HVAC/BMS requirements.

2. Maintenance the system effectively through preventive predictive and breakdown maintenance as per SOP.

3. Operation of all the utility equipment as per SOP.

4. To update all documents i.e logbooks preventive logs and filter cleaning/filter replacement records as per schedule.

5. To ensure the availability of critical spares and to give the requirements of spares to supervisor and to follow up for the same for smooth and breakdown free operation of utility machineries.

6. To ensure the safety of personal / equipments while doing each and every job.

7. To ensure the cleanliness of utility and surrounding areas.

8. To maintain the stock of consumables i.e HSD/Briquette.

9. To assist the engineering team in all sections as and when required.

10. To ensure all time audit readiness & compliance.

11. To ensure data integrity GMP & GDP compliance.

12. To ensure statutory legal and safety compliances.

13. To monitor utility area performance indicators.

14. To give energy saving ideas.

15 To take care of tools issued for any maintenance job.
