Job Summary
Join Sogelink and become a key player in managing our subscription and project-based billing processes. You will ensure accurate invoicing support revenue recognition and collaborate closely with Finance and Sales teams. This role is perfect for a hands-on solution-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced autonomous environment.
What you will do
Configure and maintain billing master data and invoice templates in AFAS.
Execute recurring and project-based invoicing handling credits cancellations renewals and amendments.
Reconcile invoices collections and AR ledger; support month-end close and revenue recognition.
Investigate and resolve customer billing disputes and payment issues.
Document billing processes runbooks and change logs; train stakeholders on procedures.
Collaborate with Finance and Sales to ensure accurate and compliant billing operations.
Who you are
5 years of experience in billing revenue operations or finance operations ideally in a SaaS or subscription business.
Hands-on experience with AFAS ERP (configuration and operational use) is mandatory.
Knowledge of revenue recognition (IFRS 15 / ASC 606) and month-end close procedures.
Able to handle both accounting and billing tasks with autonomy and accuracy.
Strong problem-solving skills highly organized and proactive.
Fluent in Dutch and in english.
