Job Summary
Operation Specialist Freight Forwarding

Key Responsibilities
Booking Management: Receive booking requests from customers and issue instructions to liners co-loaders customs brokers and trucking companies.
Documentation: Prepare and manage Ocean and Air freight export/import documents including MBL HBL and other related paperwork.
Data Submission: Ensure timely and accurate submission of SI VGM AMS ISF and ENS manifest information.
Coordination: Act as a key point of contact for internal departments customers vendors and carriers to ensure smooth business operations.
Finance Support: Manage the billing process and fee settlements.
Requirements
Education: Diploma holder in logistic supply chain management or other related discipline
Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
Language: Fluent in both English and Chinese
Location/Background: This role is specifically open to local Malaysian Chinese candidates.
