AI Officer (m/f/d)

(Full-time; 38.5 hours/week)

Your Responsibilities:

IT Operations & Administration

• Administer and maintain on-premises and cloud-based IT systems

• Manage user accounts devices access rights and endpoints

• Ensure system availability performance and reliability

• Provide 2nd- and 3rd-level technical support
  

Microsoft Environment Administration

• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID/Azure AD Exchange Online SharePoint Teams)

• Manage endpoint security and device policies via Microsoft Intune

• Support Windows client and server environments

• Implement and maintain identity access and conditional access policies

Information Security

• Help Implement and enforce information security policies standards and procedures

• Monitor analyze and respond to security incidents

• Conduct risk assessments and support compliance initiatives (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001 NIS2 GDPR)

• Manage vulnerability handling patch management and security awareness measures

AI & Emerging Technologies

• Support the evaluation secure deployment and governance of AI-based tools and services

• Ensure responsible and compliant use of AI solutions including data protection and access control

• Collaborate with business units to identify AI use cases and automation opportunities

• Monitor technological trends in AI cybersecurity and cloud services

• Collaborate with Data protection Department and external DPO to also consult internal departments

Documentation & Governance

• Maintain technical documentation system configurations and security concepts

• Support audits internal controls and management reporting

• Contribute to IT strategy architecture decisions and continuous improvement initiatives

Your Profile:

• Experience with AI Frameworks and regulations

• Experience with AI tools automation or data-driven systems

• Experience with 365 and Cloud environments

• Experience in Microsoft Server Administration

• Structured and security-oriented working style

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently and take ownership

• Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn new technologies

• High level of integrity and responsibility when handling sensitive data
