Global Delivery Services refers to EYs worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EYs strategy by ensuring effective support to EYs growth agenda.

Our journey started in 2002 with approximately 200 people. Today we stand at 80000 professionals in ten locations around the world. We operate in Argentina China Hungary India Philippines Poland Sri Lanka Mexico Spain and the United Kingdom.

Client service is focused on providing Consulting Assurance Tax Strategy & Transactions and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless high-quality value-added support helping deliver exceptional client service.

Enablement Services provides cost-effective high-skilled and innovative services to support EYs global and local enablement teams. Markets BMC AWS Finance and Accounting Risk Management Procurement People Shared Services IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services are among the services offered by Enablement Services.

Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams along with Service Lines Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics digital user experience mobile technology infrastructure Microsoft technologies and open innovation.

The Opportunity

We are hiring a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with strong hands-on development experience in marketing automation integrations and personalization. The ideal candidate should be comfortable owning end-to-end technical delivery and working closely with marketing and CRM teams.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Build complex customer journeys using Journey Builder
• Develop automations using Automation Studio (Import Query Script Filter Data Extract activities)
• Create dynamic email templates using AMPscript SSJS and HTML/CSS
• Implement personalization logic using data extensions and attribute groups
• Write advanced SQL queries for segmentation data transformation and deduplication
• Manage subscriber data contact builder data models and attribute relationships
• Configure triggered sends transactional messaging and real-time journeys
• Integrate Marketing Cloud with CRM and third-party platforms using REST and SOAP APIs
• Configure and manage Marketing Cloud Connect with Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Support integrations with external platforms such as CDPs eCommerce or data warehouses
• Implement audience segmentation strategies and behavioural targeting
• Perform campaign QA UAT support and deployment validation
• Troubleshoot journey failures automation errors and data sync issues
• Optimize campaigns for performance deliverability and engagement
• Maintain proper documentation for technical designs and configurations
• Follow best practices in data governance naming conventions and folder structures
• Support release management and environment migrations

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong experience in AMPscript SSJS SQL and HTML
• Solid understanding of Contact Builder and data modeling
• Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP)
• Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect configuration
• Knowledge of subscriber management and email deliverability best practices
• Understanding of data privacy and compliance standards
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong debugging and analytical skills
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer certification preferred
• Knowledge of SMS Push and Mobile Studio
