What is a Customer Support Specialist Our technology allows us to be a virtual extension of our clients teams and to make a direct impact on their everyday operations. Every interaction is an opportunity to help a caller feel valued respected and taken care of!
Your job will be to professionally handle incoming calls in a fast-paced environment by greeting callers providing and requesting required information transferring calls or taking messages as necessary. Training is provided on how to navigate through our own state-of-the-art call processing system. You will also be trained on a variety of call centre tools to help properly prioritize customer needs. We are an inbound call centre only so we do not perform any outbound telemarketing or hard sales calls.
To succeed in this role you should have a typing speed of 35 WPM and proficient Window skills. We are looking for self-motivated accountable individuals with a warm demeanor who remain composed when assisting upset callers. Success here requires strong attention to detail in writing and a consistent dedication to reliable attendance and schedule adherence. While previous customer service experience is not required its a bonus!
Compensation: $17/hr with a comprehensive benefits package for our full-time employees including medical dental vision paid time off and a RRSP with company matching (waiting period may apply).
Shifts Offered:
- In-Office Full-Time
- Consistent schedule of a 4-day work week with 10-hour shifts (1 weekend day is required)
- Various shifts that range between 9:30am-10pm
