About the Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Technical Sales Specialist to support the continued growth of BuildCam across role sits at the front end of the customer journey responsible for generating new builder opportunities managing trials and converting those trials into long-term BuildCam deployments. You will play a critical role in expanding our footprint across small and medium-sized residential builders while contributing to the overall growth of the division.
Working closely with the General Manager BuildCam you will build a strong understanding of the platform customer journey and sales process before taking ownership of your own portfolio of builders.
This is a growth role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced scaling environment and is motivated by building relationships driving adoption and delivering commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead generation and opportunity management
Trial management and conversion
Builder relationship management
Camera deployment growth across customer sites
Internal collaboration with the BuildCam team
Regular travel (local and interstate)
About You
You have experience in sales account management or customer-facing roles. You are confident proactive and commercially driven with the ability to build rapport quickly and communicate value with clarity.
You will also bring:
Strong communication and presentation skills with confidence engaging builders and business leaders
A commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert growth opportunities
Technical curiosity and the ability to quickly develop deep product knowledge
A proactive approach to managing relationships and driving outcomes
Experience working with construction companies technology platforms or operational systems (highly regarded)
