What youll do:
- Lead pre-start meetings safety reviews and compliance checks daily.
- Proactively plan work ensuring projects meet time cost quality goals.
- Identify and address non-compliance issues quickly.
- Address unsafe work instantly and implement safety improvements.
- Actively report incidents and ensure all required inductions/training.
- Manage cost controls approve variations with authorisation and monitor site costs.
- Mentor and lead others; contribute to reviews and upskill.
- Use system tools like HammerTech to maintain records permits and audits easily.
Who you are:
- A Site Supervisor with large-scale ($100M projects) commercial builder experience across at least three full project cycles.
- Committed to safe highquality delivery.
- Skilled at influencing trade partners consultants and teams to achieve bestpractice outcomes in a fastpaced setting.
- Confident using HammerTech Visibuild and site documentation to manage permits inspections ITPs and reporting.
- A clear communicator with a cando attitude strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated stable tenureno frequent role changes.
