顧客の複雑なビジネス課題を理解しCRMマーケティング営業カスタマーサービスを横断したソリューションを設計しながらHubSpotのプラットフォーム活用を最大化することがミッションです
HubSpotのグローバルチームやSolutions Partnerとも連携しながら日本企業のデジタルトランスフォーメーションとAI活用を支援していきます
What youll do
日本市場の顧客を中心にHubSpotプラットフォームを活用したソリューション設計を行う
顧客のビジネス課題を理解しスケーラブルなCRMアーキテクチャを設計する
CRMマーケティング営業カスタマーサービスを横断した統合ソリューションを設計する
APIやシステム連携を通じてHubSpotのプラットフォーム活用を最大化する
顧客の長期的なテクノロジーロードマップを策定しROIやビジネス価値を提案する
複数Hubにまたがる複雑なソリューション設計や導入プロジェクトをリードする
Solutions Partnerと協働しながら高度なユースケースの実現を支援する
AIや新しいテクノロジーを活用したソリューションを提案する
AIを活用した自動化やPoCを作成しHubSpot AIの可能性を顧客に示す
プロダクトチームと連携し日本市場からのフィードバックをHubSpot製品改善に反映する

Experience
エンタープライズSaaS領域における以下いずれかの経験2年以上
ソリューションアーキテクト
テクニカルコンサルタント
プリセールス / ソリューションコンサルタント
Technical skills
システム統合APIアーキテクチャ設計の実務経験
複雑な課題を分析し実装可能な技術ソリューションへ落とし込む能力
オーケストレーションや自動化を活用した AIソリューション構築経験
Business skills
技術機能をビジネス成果に結びつける能力
ROIやビジネス価値を説明し顧客の意思決定を支援できる能力
Communication
エグゼクティブ層を含むステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション経験
組織横断で合意形成をリードできる方
Language Requirements
日本語ネイティブレベル必須
英語ビジネスレベル必須
本ポジションは シンガポール拠点のマネージャーへのレポートライン となりグローバルチームとの連携のため英語でのコミュニケーションが日常的に発生します
