Summary:
This role supports the Team Leader B2B Marketing and Marketing Managers in creating editing and implementing marketing tactics for promotion of product and service launches go-to-market campaigns and customer initiatives for the Excellus BlueCross BlueShield and Univera Healthcare brands. The incumbent coordinates with internal and external agency partners for creative development production and fulfillment and is responsible for managing project teams and timelines. The Coordinator provides administrative assistance and project management in line with marketing goals and procedures.
Essential Accountabilities:
- Coordinates and assists with the development and implementation of marketing initiatives including collateral advertising direct response digital media blog articles public websites newsletters and other integrated marketing tactics. Oversees task timelines as outlined in tactical and marketing plans and traffics work items to appropriate internal or external parties to meet established deadlines.
- Collaborates with the marketing team and other stakeholders assisting with meeting notes meeting preparation agendas and scheduling and stays updated on business activities by attending meetings seminars and training sessions.
- Assists with the development of presentations performance reports and other business documents; provides general assistance on projects and other administrative functions as needed.
- Organizes and catalogs work files maintaining version control and uploading final marketing assets to the Commercial Group Marketing Resources repository and external microsites.
- Coordinates project assets reviews and feedback including submission to legal and other internal stakeholders for final approval in alignment with the corporate External Communications Review policy.
- Proofreads marketing content for accuracy grammar and legal compliance. As a brand steward understands and adheres to brand guidelines and standards.
- Gathers market insight and research data as assigned.
- As their expertise in the organization our segments products and services and marketing discipline grows Coordinator may lead the creation of high-impact marketing content such as case studies and thought leadership pieces as well as lead larger more complex marketing projects coordinating interdepartmental and cross-functional initiatives across business segments.
- Consistently demonstrates high standards of integrity by supporting the Lifetime Healthcare Companies mission and values adhering to the Corporate Code of Conduct and leading to the Lifetime Way values and beliefs.
- Maintains high regard for member privacy in accordance with the corporate privacy policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field with a minimum of 1-2 years related marketing communications advertising agency or business experience. A combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
- Health care industry experience preferred.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills; Must be able to write edit and proofread advertising collateral website and other marketing content effectively and in alignment with our brand guidelines.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills including experience using PowerPoint to create engaging presentations.
- Must be self-driven and able to be successful in ever-changing and ambiguous environments.
- Ability to work well in team environments.
- Ability to establish effective relationships internally with all levels of corporate staff and externally with vendor partners.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work while sitting and/or standing at a workstation viewing a computer and using a keyboard mouse and/or phone for three (3) or more hours at a time.
- Ability to travel across the Health Plan service region for meetings and/or trainings as needed.

Minimum: $23.56/hr - Maximum: $37.70/hr
The salary range indicated in this posting represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position. Actual salary will vary depending on factors including but not limited to budget available prior experience knowledge skill and education as they relate to the positions minimum qualifications in addition to internal equity. The posted salary range reflects just one component of our total rewards package.
