Hologic is a global medical technology company focused on improving womens health and enabling earlier more accurate detection and treatment of disease through innovative diagnostic imaging and surgical solutions. Based within our Supply Chain organisation the Senior Customer Service Specialist for Emerging Asia will support the Customer Service Manager in the day-to-day operations of the customer service team. will manage domestic and export order processing end-to-end ensure compliance with international shipping terms and conditions and foster strong collaboration with sales teams logistics partners and customers. The role is to be based in Singapore with a hybrid structure of 3 days in the office.
What to Expect:
- Take ownership of the technical end-to-end order process including purchase orders confirmations order entry and dispatch.
- Oversee domestic and export order processing ensuring all documentation complies with international shipping terms and conditions.
- Act as a hands-on team member helping the team achieve KPIs that drive exceptional customer service and timely accurate revenue recognition.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales Marketing Quality and Finance to drive process excellence and continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot issues related to sales stock and invoices where needed.
- Provide effective management of customer requests complaints and queries to ensure proactive and timely resolution.
- Liaise with third-party warehouses international logistics teams and freight companies regarding distribution and delivery of orders.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of SOPs forms document control and revisions in line with the organisations Quality Management System.
What We Expect:
- Strong experience in a senior customer service role with a focus on export and international markets; experience within a medical device organisation is highly desirable.
- A proven track record in successfully developing coaching and supporting customer service teams.
- Qualifications in business science or engineering is highly regarded.
- Strong proficiency and high-level understanding of ERP systems CRM platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Multilingual skills.
- High levels of organisation attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information.
- A process-driven mindset with flexibility to manage ad-hoc queries from both internal and external customers.
