Intern Operations Support and Authorizations (mfd)

Internship Terms - 6 months full-time (either 40 or 35 hours/week)
Start Date - May 2026

About the Role

• Support administrative processes including complaints management authority requests authorization checks and database updates
• Conduct business and marketing analyses for current and potential routes including competitive benchmarking pricing reviews and capacity comparisons
• Assist Operations with documentation quality case analysis global communication with business partners and punctuality performance reviews
• Perform bus stationrelated analyses system checks and outreach to station managers for invoicing or troubleshooting
• Provide handson operational support at the Lisboa bus station such as internet setup TVM checks and delivering documentation or devices to BP supervisors

About You

• You are a student in Business Transport Law or a related field
• Possess availability for a full-time internship starting May 2026
• Have native level Portuguese and fluent English are a must
• Have excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Possess strong attention to detail and confidence preparing documents reports and research
• Have built solid Excel skills and proficiency with document creation tools
• Are proactive self driven and with a collaborative team-oriented approach
