CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE
Position Type: Full-time/No weekends/No Holidays
Location: Lebanon PA or Willow Street PA
JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective: We are currently seeking a Call Center Representative who is a friendly team-orientated and self-motivated individual who is able to function in a fast-paced office environment while providing exceptional service to our patients.
Essential Functions:

Answer phone calls and respond to caller inquiries regarding appointments or general information.
Schedule appointments in accordance with the timing needs of callers and Provider availability.
Route calls to relevant department or personnel.
Making follow up phone calls to patients and facilities.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
