Job Summary

Description: Are you a leader of leaders The FOH Operations Director is responsible for inspiring and leading the team under their supervision coaching all FOH staff to maintain a guest-focused mindset and pushing the team to achieve FOH-specific and General store goals. They are expected to be visionaries and innovators capable of seeing how systems could be improved and creating systems to make that improvement. This role leverages analytics in their daily pursuit of innovation. They are required to uphold all Chick-fil-A standards and processes to ensure a fast accurate and safe guest experience.




Responsibilities include:

  • Leading FOH leaders and team members.
  • Providing guidance to Front of House shift leads on managing their shifts.
  • Being able to pivot and make changes as needed to a set game plan.
  • Delegating shift and department duties effectively.
  • Overseeing Jolt task management platform.
  • Understanding Labor and Sales Data.
  • Having extensive knowledge of and use of Pathway.
  • Foreseeing bottlenecks of future business and preemptively addressing them.


Your day to day:

  • Working on the floor in Front of House for 7-8 hours at a time.
  • Clearing shifts and making sure you leave things better than you found them.
  • Managing and coaching staff to maximize efficiency and output while maintaining hospitality standards.
  • As needed be available for shift coverage due to low staff.
  • Intermittently observe current business to identify where improvements could be made in the future.
