Job Description

Branch Set Up

Labels borrower documentation and disclosures in the e-folder
Reviews disclosures for signatures dates and accuracy
Reviews purchase contract
Completes order outs: Appraisal Title/cpl/tax cert/wire instructions/preliminary HUD Flood cert Tax transcripts VOEs VORs VOMs Homeowners insurance Payoff/ Subordination Condo questionnaire FHA case number/CAIVRS/borrower validation VA case assignment
Files all ordered items into preliminary conditions tab in e-folder along with any notes from the review including missing disclosures missing signatures etc.
Submits loan to processing within 3 hours from receipt of file
Follows up on ordered items to ensure received in a timely manner
Marks preliminary conditions as received once received and uploaded into the e-folder
Runs daily reporting to follow up on missing ordered items
Performs other duties as assigned
