VP Director Connector (Influencer)

Golin is looking for a VP Influencer to join a rock star team of consumer strategists creatives creators and analysts to drive best-in-class campaigns and strategies. You will lead a team providing high-touch and high-tech influencer programming that drives ROI. Youll be the eyes and ears on how to maximize and optimize content and storytelling integrated across owned earned and paid. Youll be a key part of the account leadership team providing strategic counsel to clients and mentoring a team of influencer managers. Bonus points if you also have a background in earned PR and experience in integrating influencer programming into larger connected consumer campaigns.

What Youll Do:

  • Work in close collaboration with integrated Golin team leaders including account leadership earned strategy and creative to deliver best-in-class social media and influencer strategy and work
  • Build and optimizestrategicinfluencer strategiesto align with clients goals and objectives
  • Foster and maintain productive and influential client relationships and provide strong counsel on best practices
  • Identify solutions and work with teams and independently to drive client success and grow relationships
  • Execute and sell-in brand and portfolio-level influencer marketing strategies with confidence and digital fluency
  • Serve as expert in fully integrated public relations and digital / social program
  • Cultivate a culture of support growth and partnership among team
  • Serve as an ambassador of Golins capabilities as it relates to organic and new business opportunities
  • Take a leadership and highly visible role in business growth and targeting efforts
  • Manage financials including budgets and billing projections and staffing

What You Have:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing communications or related field with 10-12 years of experience driving and executing digital / social media / influencer marketing campaigns
  • Passion for client service and an ability to juggle multiple projects and changing priorities
  • Leadership experience as a people manager collaborator and advocate a voice for the team and your direct reports
  • Excellent verbal written presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to execute and measure multifaceted campaigns and day-to-day communications initiatives
  • Poise and calm under pressure and a desire to immerse yourself in a clients business to become a true partner
  • Confidence when presenting no matter the size of the group or situation
  • A solutions-oriented mindset

Salary Range:$120000 USD - $219000 USD

Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon among other factors: a candidates skills qualifications and experience; actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations.
