Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors suppliers and site personnel to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Develop and implement project schedules budgets and resource allocation plans.
- Address and resolve any project-related issues or conflicts in a timely manner.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to management and stakeholders.
- Implement and uphold company policies regarding safety quality control and operational efficiency.
- Participate in the hiring and training of staff to foster a skilled and efficient team.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and safety protocols.
- Exceptional leadership abilities and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
Desired Experience
- Minimum of 8 years and a maximum of 15 years of experience in construction project management.
- Demonstrated experience working on large-scale construction projects.
- Experience with budgeting scheduling and resource management.
