Job Summary
Position: Superintendent Multifamily Construction
Location: San Diego
Salary: $135000 - $165000 bonus excellent benefits
Position Summary
As our Superintendent you will be working on a brand new luxury multi-family project in San Diego. You will be assisting in coordinating and supervising all phases of the field work performed by subcontractors and vendors in constructing high density residential and mixed use projects. You will report to the Lead Superintendent. This position partners with the Project Manager and other team members to ensure the timely and safe completion of projects and delivery of high quality product.
Requirements:
- Superintendent that has experience with subterranean parking structures and Type 3 framing
- Bachelors Degree in Construction Management Engineering Architecture or equivalent is preferred but not required
- 5 years of large multi-family construction experience as a Superintendent.
- Must be good with Procore and Bluebeam.
- OSHA 30.
- Ability to communicate well in English both written and verbally.
- Knowledge of construction procedures building codes construction procedures and rough trade work.
